The 2024 edition of Maker Faire Bilbao kicks off with an event to present the results of the Maker Ekintzaile residencies, held in 2024 at Espacio Open's digital fabrication laboratory, Fab Lab Bilbao. The residents will show their working processes and the results of their residencies, which explore the intersection between art, culture, design and creative technologies from different areas. In addition, the inauguration of the project exhibition will include interactive installations that play with different senses, both light and sound and olfactory sensations, and demonstrations of the prototypes generated, which include areas as diverse as robotics, fashion, music, the creation of bioplastics and 3D ceramic printing.
